Welcome to Children's Corner Pre-School
We provide a high quality childcare facility for all parents and families.We operate term time only and currently offering 2,3 and 4 year old early education funding. We are also providing 30 hours childcare to eligible families.
Free Early Education Funding
When will your child be eligible for a free pre-school place?
All funding starts from the term after a child's 3rd birthday, or 2nd birthday in the case of Two Year Funding. The term start dates are 1st September for the Autumn term, 1st January for the Spring term and 1st April for the Summer term.
- Child's birthday is between 1st January and 31st March = eligible from Summer term (April)
- Child's birthday is between 1st April and 31st August = eligible from Autumn term (September)
- Child's birthday is between 1st September and 31st December = eligible from Spring term (January)
If you know your child will soon be eligible for a free place, but want them to start sooner, you are welcome to pay for sessions until their funding starts.

Outdoor play
Out outdoor space is essential to our day
Keeping the children entertained is great fun.
Our dedicated outdoor space provides lots of opportunities for children to practice physical skills , learning about nature, plants and where our food comes from, as well as learning about the positive impact of being fit and healthy.

Everyone here at Children's Corner Pre-School has your children’s health, wellbeing and safety as their highest priority.
With every child having a dedicated key person, we know that each individual receives only the best care and attention! We demonstrate the behaviour we want to see from the children, encouraging them to be kind and gentle, through positive actions, thoughts and deeds.

One of our main aims is to meet individual needs of all children including SEN. We work in a team of professionals to support children with SEN. We have two qualified designated SENCOs in place to support complex learning needs of children. We have been supporting children with English as an additional language by using diverse resources

We have been supporting children with English as an additional language by using diverse resources and employing bilingual staff members who can fluently speak Punjabi, Urdu, Arabic, French and Hindi languages.
